Cancellation & Refund Policy

We have a customer friendly cancellation and refund policy.

Domestic Orders : Cancellation Policy :

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, they would have to send us a mail at contact@madrishi.com. Alternatively, the customer can also contact us through Whatsapp from the Contact Us page. It must be done within 3 hours from the time of ordering – as stock is very limited. Refund will be initiated within the same day in this case and may take upto 4 days subject to the banking system.
  2. If you cancel your order successfully, we will refund you the entire amount .
  3. As each product is made specially & specifically for only one customer, return can only be availed when there is any manufacturing defect. The customer in that case will have to report the problem through a mail or message within 3 hours of delivery. Any request after that time frame will not be tolerated. On successful confirmation of return, the customer needs to cooperate with us to ensure smooth return and easy refund within 3 – 4 working days (subject to the banking system).
  4. For hand embroidered product, it may have tracing marks. Characteristic imperfections associated with embroidery may be observed, and colours may fade or bleed due to the dyeing employed. Besides – The actual color may vary slightly due to different screen calibration and camera settings. We do not consider it as a defect and hence return for that reason can not be approved.
  5. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 3 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame (discussed over Mail/Whatsapp ) no refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.

Return Policy:

  1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at contact@madrishi.com mentioning your Order ID or reach to us via the Contact Us Page..
  2. We will personally ensure that a full refund will be issued as soon as possible. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  3. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
  4. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 3 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame (discussed over Mail/Whatsapp ) no refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.
  5. Shipping charges are non refundable.
  6. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

  1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
  2. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
  3. If the product is customized for you
  4. If the Return or Exchange is requested after 4 hours of receiving the shipment.
  5. If the customer doesn’t cooperate with us and fails us to provide enough evidence.

Exchange Policy:

  1. Each Madrishi Product is unique and hence there is no exchange is possible. The customer can however, take credit and buy another product of similar value or higher.

International Orders:

  1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
  2. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  3. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you courier it back to us
  4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non refundable
  5. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately through the Contact Us page with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product
  6. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
