How do I know whether my product has been shipped? How do I track my order?

Currently we deliver through DTDC & other leading delivery agents. Once dispatched, you will receive a text from the courier company on the contact number provided during check-out with your tracking details. You can track your order 24 hours after your order has been shipped.

In case you haven’t received your tracking details through text within 48 hours, please write to us on contact@madrishi.com or reach us through the Contact Us Page

Do you have ‘Gift-Wrapping’ option?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide this option while purchasing the product.

Can I order through Whatsapp, Instagram or Facebook?

We only accept orders placed through the website but incase of any technical problem with placing orders on the website – the customer can contact us through the many ways provided and we can make adjustments.

What if I need more information or clarity on a product before I make my purchase?

Do you have Cash on Delivery?

We accept Online Payment or Bank Transfers only. We do NOT have Cash on Delivery option.

What are the Modes of Payment?

Our website offers you several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can chose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, using our secure payment gateway. We have Netbanking, UPI and various Wallets to pay from as well. All transaction is processed through Instamojo Payments Gateway.

Do all Sarees come with blouse piece?

Most of our sarees come with blouse piece. However, there are few sarees that do not have a blouse piece. It is mentioned in the description if it has a blouse piece or not.

When can I expect my order? How many days does it take for delivery?

All Ready to Ship products are dispatched in 1-3 business days of you placing the order, or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
If not then the approximate shipment date is mentioned in the description of the product itself. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.

Can I cancel my order?

We allow our customers to cancel the order in which case they would have to send us a mail at contact@madrishi.com. Alternatively, the customer can also contact us through Whatsapp from the Contact Us page. It must be done within 3 hours from the time of ordering – as stock is very limited. Refund will be initiated withing the same day in this case and may take upto 4 days subject to the banking system.

When can I return my product?

As each product is made specially & specifically for only one customer, return can only be availed when there is any manufacturing defect. The customer in that case will have to report the problem through a mail or message within 3 hours of delivery. Any request after that time frame will not be tolerated. On successful confirmation of return, the customer needs to cooperate with us to ensure smooth return and easy refund withing 3 – 4 working days (subject to the banking system).

How to return my product?

To return a product – the customer must immediately upon receiving the product drop a mail at contact@madrishi.com. Alternatively, the customer can also contact us through Whatsapp from the Contact Us page. It must be done within 3 hours from the time of delivery.
